I'm not sure if this is an epic fail, or an ingenuity win.The height and handles suggest the possible intended use could be puking. I don't know about you, but I'm not usually as likely to remain upright if I'm at that point, so, nice idea, but I think a toilet is still a preferred target.
Either way, happy 2010, and hope you don't need one of these any time soon!
